S.A.N.D.S. (Spay And Neuter of the Desert Society) is a community-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for dogs and cats in Imperial County. Comprised of volunteers, S.A.N.D.S. also focuses on educating the public about the benefits of spaying and neutering animals.
