Absoluty the worst property management company in the desert. They are bullies from admin to security and have no tact when it comes to talking(CUSTOMER SERVICE)with residents in the community....

This company will not allow boards to seek bids that could potentially lower costs and dues that have increased significantly. They don't invest into the properly, they just like to put band-aides...

Horrible company and staff!! Never read their emails and Sam sucks at his job. I've heard enough complaints about him. I don't know why he is still a supervisor;(
