DDY got its start at the homeschool cooperative our children attend. Teachers Cassidy and Christina are both Certified Kidding Around Yoga instructors and teach 8 week sessions, Saturday classes, as well as our delightful Pop Up Yoga Workshops.

Specialties

Desert Dragonfly Yoga specializes in making yoga accessible and exciting for kids ages 3-12. Equipping children with tools of mindfulness, breathing techniques, body movement, and meditation help them navigate life with ease, grace, and a sense of peace. Weekly classes and truly unique Pop Up workshops are an incredible time for the children as they develop their practice and go deeper into loving yoga. Peace Begins With me!
