History

DFIA is a field marketing organization based in Rowland Heights. It was founded in 1996 by Derlan Chou, an experienced insurance agent who, as early as 2006, saw the importance and impact that Medicare products would have on the local minority senior population. Her start as a service provider is rooted in helping minority senior citizens overcome the various barriers that they faced, the most important of all being the language barrier. Through her efforts, she has learned to accommodate the needs and situations of minority seniors very well. Over time, DFIA has evolved to become a top=selling multilingual organization that is sensitive the needs of the multicultural populations that surround it, whether dealing with young professionals or individuals in retirement. Above all, DFIA has come to strive to provide great customer service to find the best possible solutions for its clients.
