Vin de Tevis is a distinguished winery located in the Dos Rios Appellation, where grapes thrive in river canyon terraced vineyards at an elevation of 1,200 feet. The unique terroir, characterized by poor fast-draining soil and a climate of cool nights and warm afternoons, contributes to the exceptional quality of their wines, which are meticulously hand-harvested and aged for upwards of 39 months in barrel.

Founded by Carol and Steve De Tevis, the winery prides itself on its artisanal winemaking techniques, including fermentation in 250-gallon open top tanks. Their commitment to quality is exemplified by featured wines such as the Vin de Tevis 2004 Charbono, reflecting the intricate character of their vineyard's environment.
