Hello! I have been massaging since I was 6 years old. I love combining techniques to release tension, expand and allow the body to relax. I feel that my education, experience, and personality provide excellence with pregnant women, breast cancer survivors, and those with sensitive or traumatic injuries. My background in energy work includes Cranio-sacral Balancing, Bowen, Vibrational Healing Massage Therapy, and Theta Healing. I have helped many clients suffering from Lyme Disease- We've found Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage, Cranio-Sacral and Bowen all help a lot with pain management. A combination of Bowen and Cranio-Sacral can help relieve pain from Scoliosis and migraines. Whether you are in need of healing your body or your spirit, my soft healing touch provides the benefits of both.
