Marisa is the broker of Remax Kings Realty having earned her real estate license in 2007and her Broker's license in 2011. To date, her team is responsible for selling more than 300+ homes with a closing ratio of over 94%. Marisa has partnered with ADHI Real Estate Schools and teaches Real Estate Principles, Practice and Law for potential licensees in her office 3 days a week. Marisa also personally conducts live training events, one on one broker/agent mentoring and is and currently holds the chair for the Professional Standards Committee at the Inland Gateway Association of Realtors. She currently holds various designations and certifications, including Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification, to name a few.
