The Pickled Deli is a locally owned and operated restaurant located in the heart of the Central Valley. The owner was born in Visalia and is home to many of his family and friends. He is a retired 20 year Army combat veteran who had several years of experience owning and operating a franchise sandwich restaurant before deciding to venture on his own independently. With the support of his wife and his love for Visalia, he will continue his tradition of providing high-quality sides, soups, salads, and toasted sandwiches at an affordable price.
