Located in San Diego, Del Mar Pines School offers a range of academic classes and extracurricular options to more than 150 students in kindergarten through grade six. The school conducts classes in music, fine arts, Spanish, computer science and physical education. Its curriculum includes reading, writing, math, art, science and English. The school also organizes parent-teacher meetings that encourage parental involvement in children's education. It offers summer and after-school enrichment programs, as well as maintains a computer laboratory. In addition, the school conducts a variety of activities that includes fundraising events. Founded in 1978, Del Mar Pines School employs over 20 staff members.
