Very comfy gym with lots of parking. It has a weight room plus tons of kickboxing equipment. I just went for my first class last Monday morning and I loved it! Not too small and not too big....

Daniel the owner is great. Very down to earth and knowledgeable. I am going to private lessons and I love them. Parking is widely available and gym is a good size. Great spot!
