History

Jennie Tyler (Don's mother) started Dean Real Estate Services in 1979, as today we have 41 years in the market. Don Dean started in the Real Estate industry in 1983 working for Century 21 acquiring the knowledge necessary to work in the Real Estate market. Later, in 1989 he worked for Contempo until 1993. That year, he decided to join his mother at Dean Real Estate Services since the business was growing and Jennie needed help. Since then they have helped many clients to buy, sell and manage properties. We are a family business and we help our buyers and sellers to get the most out of their investment. Also, through the years we have helped many property owners to protect their investments, managing their estates, being the contact between owners and (prospect) tenants.

We have an extensive knowledge of the East Bay since we have been working in this area for more than 35 years.
