The Deaf Counseling Advocacy Referral Agency (DCARA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving Deaf, DeafBlind, Hard of Hearing, and Late-Deafened individuals in Northwestern California and the Bay Area. With a focus on community empowerment, employment, and youth and family services, DCARA plays a vital role in enhancing the lives of its constituents.
