Very polite and nice although my sister did not get the service she asked for. She asked to take off her previous nails and the lady did not take them fully off. The lady took off ONE nail and cut...

Staff is very polite but the end result of the service is very unsatisfactory. I paid $75 for extension and got this. I took this picture right after the service.

I've only been here twice for a pedicure and so far I've had excellent customer service. The staff is so friendly and they work fast. I've already set my appointment for my next visit.
