I've been in real estate personally for about 20 years. I made sure when I bought my last home, that it had a guest house on the property to supplement income. Real Estate is the most valuable commodity a person can buy. After years of sales in the office supply industry, I learned that sales was not my specialty, taking care of people was! I built a business way beyond my imagination. I am so happy to be in the position of helping people on my terms.
