David Miller completed the Substance abuse counseling program in 2001. In 2006 He became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and this year as California began awarding licenses for Profession Clinical Counselors (LPCC) David Miller was one of the first to become dually licensed as both an LMFT and an LPCC. Went here for marriage counseling with my husband and will not be going back. He shouldn't be a counselor. He went off on tangents during our session and seemed very judgemental.
