Front office is awful. Wish I could rate Dr. Kaufman but I couldn't get past the three times I got hung up on and the other 47 minutes waisted on hold. Oh, did I mention that they did answer, left...

Dr Kaufman seems okay, not great, but okay. That is of course if you can ever reach anyone to make an appointment. No one ever answers the phone, and when you leave a message, the voice mail...
