I paid a deposit for Umrah and the manager Aarif Gosla could not meet my reservation requirements. and the reservations were not completed. They deducted $250 from my $1000 deposit... taking...

Even one star is a step up for this agency. They lost my passport and took no accountability for it! The staff is lazy, rude and unresponsive. Steer clear people!
