History
Carl, a Texas native wanted the Rock Shop building for a number of years to open a restaurant. When the Rock Shop became available Carl knew it was the right time to turn that place into a hot spot! He channelled his inner Texan and opened the best BBQ spot this side of the lake. Danny's Roadside Kitchen became a hit with the locals and attracted people from all over. Carl cooks with Texas pride and has you coming back for more!

OMG....not sure if you're a local or passing thru as a tourist bass fisherman, wine taster or valley person headed to the coast... you gotta give this place a try....big portions, awesome...

Best BBQ I had in a long time! They truly know what they're doing, we order baby back ribs and sandwiches and oh may delicious They service is good, cash only, and they have a small sitting area.
