I went in to get my ring soldered and they said it would be done in one week. I went back a week later and they looked for my ring but couldn't find it. It was still in the drawer and forgotten....

Came in to get my watch resized and they had me in and out of there in five minutes, and it fits perfectly now. Super friendly staff, excellent service, highly recommend!
