During her 20+ years of treating patients, Dr. Taylor has learned that her thirst for knowledge, high quality diagnostic skills and vast experience allows her patients to develop a high level of trust and confidence when seeking her care. She enjoys her role as a primary care physician which provides her the opportunity to help patients on a daily basis. As a family medicine physician, Dr. Taylor treats patients ages 5+ which can involve caring for the entire family, and in some cases, multiple generations. She views the physician-patient relationship as a partnership and feels privileged to be welcomed into her patients’ lives. In turn, she focuses her practice on building long-lasting relationships, practicing high quality medicine and maintaining the integrity her patients deserve. Collaborating with her patients to help them achieve overall wellness is Dr. Taylor’s ultimate goal. She places an emphasis on preventative medicine and optimizing lifestyle habits to help detect and manage risk factors in order to minimize medications and procedural interventions. As she states, “I take time to ask questions, listen and explain. Thinking and careful listening are essential for good medicine.” Dr. Taylor attended University of California, Irvine for her undergraduate years and graduated medical school at Temple University. She completed her residency at Kaiser Permanente. She chose to come to Hoag which allows her to spend the necessary time with patients and provide access to the best specialty care and cutting-edge technology. Outside of work, Dr. Taylor focuses on spending time with family, achieving personal well-being and contributing to her community. She takes part in anything ocean-related including standup paddleboarding, scuba diving, going to the beach as well as immersing herself in nature with hiking and traveling.

She loves the field of obstetrics and gynecology as it provides her with an opportunity to take care of women at some of their most privileged moments, including the joy of childbirth.Dr. Price is a southern California native, born and raised in the city of Whittier. When she isn’t at the office, in the operating room, or in the delivery suite, Dr. Price enjoys spending time with her first loves – husband Bryan and daughters Julia and Emily. She loves hitting the beach, eating chocolate croissants, taking long romantic stolls down every aisle at Target, going to Disneyland with her annual pass, and spending time with family and friends at home. Dr. Panganiban is a board-certified allergist & immunologist who treats adult and pediatric patients. She enjoys making connections with her patients and strives to help her patients live their best lives. As someone who struggled with asthma as a child and currently deals with nasal allergies as an adult, Dr. Panganiban truly understands what her patients are going through. She brings empathy and compassion to her patients with the goal of providing them a better quality of life. She achieves this through collaborating with her patients to find a treatment plan that will work in their daily life. A driven and motivated physician, she stays current in cutting edge treatment options and has leadership experience in her specialty on a national level. As she states, “The field of allergy and immunology is always changing. I take it upon myself to learn about new treatments in order to share that knowledge with my patients.” She has also served as the chair of the FIT Committee for the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology where she moderated national events with experts in the field and advocated for trainees. She finds it extremely rewarding to use her knowledge to help her patients and appreciates the trust they place in her. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Panganiban attended medical school at University of California, Irvine, completed her internal medicine residency at Kaiser Permanente and finished her allergy and immunology fellowship at University of California, Irvine. When she is away from the office, Dr. Panganiban enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, going to the beach, working out and being outdoors.
