There was nobody in the store to even greet us when we came in. After 5 minutes we walked out. Too many other tile stores in the area willing to take my $$, AND say hello. Maybe they could use...

You're lucky they didn't " help " you. Maybe o k with contractors. Regular people need to go where people appreciate you and will help. Bad. Bad customer service
