I don't think Kelly is good with hair cut. I feel that she is not into it. Long time in the job doesn't mean she has good perspective. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow out longer to fix it!

If you want layers my girl diep won't disappoint. She always asks questions to make sure that you are satisfied. I would recommend to book an appointment before hand since a lot of people book her.
