The Cypress Senior Center is the Best Place for Recreation, Resources, Education, and FUN! The Senior Center offers a wide variety of activities designed to meet the changing needs of older adults. Some classes that are offered include: Yoga, Tai Chi, Melt Method, Country Line Dancing, Creative Writing, Ceramics, Painting, Quilt and Sew, Arthritis Foundation for Exercise, Pilates, Calligraphy, Relaxation and Meditation, Help Yourself to Health, Zumba Gold, iLearn, and Computer Classes. Forums and screenings have included: The Aging Myth, Keeping Your Brain Young, Health Care Reform & Medicare, The Benefits of Chocolate, Identity Theft, Transportation Options, Stress and Your Health, Spice Up Your Cooking, How To Be A Smart Consumer, and Veterans Benefits. Free services include: Monthly Food Distributions, Legal Advocacy, Alzheimer's Support Groups, Bereavement Support Series, Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP), and Adult Public Health Nursing Services.

The staff is Awesome. They really care for the Seniors. The lunches are delicious. Great environment. Friendly Seniors. Lots of Activities. Thank you Cypress Senior Center.

This place is really good for senior's I know the they o on about 3 cruises every year. Lots of activities. Hope this place is around when i reach my olden years:)

Nice place to spend time with people that you don't know , but become your friends. The center is clean with a lots of activities , food distribution if you need help, health screening very often...
