These can include addictions (substances, sex/porn, eating, rage, destructive relationships), the effects of child sexual and other abuse, reactions to trauma, anxiety and depression, grief, and career and relationship challenges. I provide non-judgmental, skillful guidance and support while strengthening the client's confidence, self-compassion and creative soluton-finding. I have extensive training in couples counseling, addiction issues, grief counseling and Internal Family Systems therapy. I am also uniquely qulaified to help former partners with co-parenting issues and custody mediation, having worked in the legal field (family law) for many years.
