History

In August 1980 I was granted a General Contractors License and functioned primarily as a framing subcontractor for several years. In the late 1980's I started designing and building custom homes. In the 90's we moved into the growing remodel business, which allowed me to become a hands on expert in all phases of residential construction. In 2004 I began 3-D CAD design work and getting involved in land use planning and permit administration, which I very much enjoy. In 2015 I was construction project manager for 2 multi-million-dollar tenant improvement projects in San Jose. Currently I am designing new homes and additions, discovering the development possibilities of land for developers, managing the maintenance of rental units, and administrating permits for owners and builders. I have 35 years of experience as a licensed builder and am a Green Certified Building Professional (Build it Green).
