Called into the pharmacy since I had a bad experience at Rite Aid regarding a flu shot. The person who picked up the phone was able to inform me that the wait would be 10 mins plus for a shot....

Huge lines, drastically understaffed, and won't even answer their phone. When you finally get to the front they say it will be 45 minutes to fill your prescription.
