I had received a phone call with a message and a text saying my prescription was ready and I get here and they tell me it still not ready for pick up. They had me waiting for 45 mins. horrible...

Its always the same thing here with photos, every time i have something ordered, i get an email that its ready for pick up and i go and they always say the same thing "its currently in the process...
