Pharmacist refused to fill my doctor prescription that is covered by my insurance! Was told I'd just have pay out of pocket for an over the counter generic due to them having an over the counter...

CVS lacks in quality service. Was on hold 10 minutes- finally answered and was put on hold again. I waited but never was helped.
