I even called ahead to make sure the document print was working. Magically the nice lady on the phone morphs into an idiot who has no idea why it's not working.

Horrible service. WC medicine billed to wrong company. NOT filling out prescriptions, not returning/answering phone call from doctor or insurance company... then lieing to customer about...
