Always severely understaffed. Waiting for prescriptions can take up to 45 minutes. Also everything by is not locked up forcing you to find non-existent staff.

Never drop off film here. After weeks of delays they admitted my disposable cameras were lost. The response from customer service was basically to blame Fujifilm and throw up their hands. Awful.
