Why are you forcing customers to use self check out. I dealt with the most rude employee and she has been rude in the past. She forced me to self check out and said "don't let this ruin your day"...

Almost imposible to reach someone by phone! Huge and impersonal staff... Workers make no effort to learn one's name.
