I've had them reupholster several items -- indoor chairs, and outdoor cushions, and their work is consistently high quality and fairly priced.

I needed some work done on a few pieces of furniture. the guy on the phone was so rude i went elsewhere

Went there for a quote and they told me to go elsewhere. My job was too minimal So much for family service I'd give zero stars if I could since they did nothing for me but turn me away.

I have two bar stools with short back, very simple recover. Yeh, I get it, if it's a small job, throw a high number at the customer, and hope it sticks...if not, no loss. Not very good business...
