Culver Crossroads, located in Culver City, CA, is a project undertaken by Roche Modern to develop a new tech building on a two-acre site. The vision for Culver Crossroads is to create an innovative office environment using Southern California's historic building materials in an ecologically sustainable manner.

This 330,000 ft² multi-tenant commercial and retail office building is designed to maximize rentable area within the Culver City 56’ building height limit. The unique design includes two ground floor lobbies, an inner atrium for light, and completely automated below-grade parking to enhance visitor experiences while reducing excavation needs.

The exterior of Culver Crossroads features mass-timber columns and terra-cotta tiles, with solar louvers for daylight management. The building's design incorporates curved columns, spandrel beams, and sloping frames to create a visually striking and functional structure that stands out in the Culver City landscape.
