They just don't know WHAT they are doing 95% of the time. Made lots of transaction errors! and the most worst part is they wouldn't admit the mistakes they've made... Thought bank was all about...

The manager she is very rude, rushing customer leave the bank because the bank closes at 4:00 pm. If you are not rich, don't go there. They only take good care of "Rich" customer.
