Came in for 6 mini cookies and they tasted like chemicals. I called the store and was told to bring the cookies back. They gave us a new box, but those tasted like chemicals too. The girl working...

It's my first time trying Crumbl cookie. I got the regular chocolate chip cookie. It tasted doughy too dense. No buttery goodness. Not sure why people go crazy for this place. The ladies were nice.

Establishment is overall nice and clean. Workers have always been respectful no matter the order, and the cookies are not the best but are overall good tasting.
