History

Originally part of Athletes Edge, Vista's legendary sports performance center, CrossFit North County expanded and moved into its current home in 2011. We are an old-school warehouse gym - short on frills, long on results, made up of a vibrant and highly social community of athletes.

Specialties

Our goal is to build fitness among our athletes. And for us, everyone who walks through the door is an athlete - regardless of age or current ability. Interestingly, we specialize by not specializing. In other words, we constantly mix it up to produce a range and variety of stimulus while providing strict coaching, guidance, training, and structure along the way. Our classes provide the time-tested CrossFit prescription:
