CrossFit Alpha Foxtrot is lead by head CF Coach, Hussein Elgohary. Structured by the head coach, all classes are programmed in advance for optimal tracking of members progress. We believe in the CrossFit system through and through, and we have the results to prove it! Saturdays are often planned as a Yoga, Bodyweight, Event, or Gymnastics day. We prefer to keep things ever evolving, changing, and invigorating!
