Cross Creek was built in 1971 as an apartment complex with 532 units. The complex was converted to condominiums in 1979. It's an incredibly unique complex offering studios-three bedrooms, with streams, tons of trees, walking paths, and an on-site dry cleaners. This complex is located within a 5 min commute to LAX and is a super affordable option to call home in Playa del Rey.
Cross Creek Village is a self-managed Home Owner's Association. As of July 2017, HOA dues are $440 a month per homeowner. HOA dues cover common area maintenance and staff, onsite 24-hour security, water, trash, two pools, two spas, two dry saunas, gym, clubhouse, and common area utilities and all required insurance.
