History
I started this training service once I had come back from Asia playing professional basketball as a way to provide the knowledge of fitness and sports science to others who wanted to take their bodies to the next level. Studying Kinesiology at Cal state Fullerton, I learned to better understand the human body so that i can push my clients and change their lives through fitness.
Specialties
I get results. As a former professional athlete, I have a deep understanding of fitness, sports science, bodybuilding, and physical therapy. Working closely with professional athletes prior to and after the end of my career, I have the drive and the knowledge to help reach each clients personal goal while setting higher goals and achieving those.
