HistoryI started concentrating on trademarks, copyrights and licensing in June 1991 after I returned from Chicago, IL, where I attended law school in the Masters of Laws (LL.M) program in Intellectual Property at The John Marshall Law School. With my LL.M degree in hand, I hung my shingle up and started building my practice from scratch. First with an entertainment client, namely, the Baywatch television series, followed by an apparel client. I kept my practice going while I also took on responsibility as Senior Counsel for Malibu Comics Entertainment, Inc., which was later acquired by Marvel Entertainment Group, Inc. I've since represented clients in the following industries, namely, entertainment, publishing, multimedia, apparel, and sporting goods.SpecialtiesLegal services, namely, transactional trademark, copyright and licensing.
