Poor customer service, don't call back to emails, text of calls. Four months ago he said he was gonna fix a 2023 tax that he originally did. Never got back to me for months after he said he can...

Apparently out of business. I used them for years but they have not responded to my multiple voice-mail and emails for the last several months.
