Crestview Apartments are comprised of studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. We're conveniently located in Belmont, between San Francisco and Silicon Valley, with easy access to Highways 101, 280 and 92, and within walking distance to the local commuter train (Cal train), shopping, restaurants & city parks. Our spacious garden style apartments are set among beautifully landscaped grounds with 2 solar heated swimming pools. Indoor cats only, which requires an additional $1000 Security Deposit. No monthly pet rent. Smoking is prohibited on our property. Open-flame barbeque grills are not permitted on decks or patios (pursuant to California Fire Code, Section 308.3.1). Electric grills and 1 gallon gas grills are permitted. Crestview Apartments has 7 laundry rooms for your convenience, open 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Each apartment has 1 assigned covered parking space. Additional storage is provided with most parking spaces. There is no fee for parking.
