Just found out that for a townhouse the paint usually runs about 1430 (2bed 2bath) + each cabinet to paint is 100$. So, if your deposit is less than rent expect to not receive any of your deposit...

I loved living here and don't want to move! Tamica was a great and attentive landlord and she was super quick to respond to all of our questions/needs. Couldn't recommend this place more :)
