History

Creating Art Through Dance ( CATDance) was founded in 2007 by Catrice Bostic after graduating from college. As a dance major, she wanted to continue to dance, and share that love with her community. Dance has always been her outlet growing up and with the lack of performing art programs, she opened this studio to make dance meaningful to all individuals. The first few years of opening CATDance, it only offered summer dance camps to kids. Each summer kids would learn ballet, modern, hip hop, gymnastics, creative movement, and Caribbean. Kids went on field trips in the community, journaled daily and performed for family and friends on the last day of camp. These summer camps is what all kids looked forward to. As the years passed, the first set of CATDance kids grew into teens so we added teen camps, winter camps, adult classes. We now offer classes for all ages and all levels. We specialize in choreography, kid classes, adult classes, Zumba and more.

Creating Art Through Dance is a dance studio that offers dance and fitness to children, youth and adults. We specialize in Zumba, Stretch class, Sexy Dance ( heels dance class), Choreography, and Kid classes ( hip hip, gymnastics, creative movement, modern, and ballet).
