We are located adjacent to the 241 Foothill Transportation Corridor tollway at the Alton Parkway exit.Dunn, Lee & Keary was formed on March 1, 1994 by its three partners, Stephen Dunn, David Lee and Grant Keary, who have practiced together for several years. Steve and David began their careers with the Los Angeles office of Thelen, Marrin, Johnson and Bridges, a large California law firm with its headquarters in San Francisco. Grant joined them in the mid 1980s while they practiced with the firm of Urland, Morello, Dunn & Maynard. Between 1991 and February, 1994, they practiced with the firm of Voss, Cook & Thel in Newport Beach.The attorneys have a broad base of experience which enables the firm to represent its clients in a wide variety of areas. As a result of that experience, the firm is able to both act as "general counsel" to its business, corporate, financial institution, health care, partnership and real estate clients, as well as representing those types of clients in particular areas as the need arises.
