Update: the $600 charge was removed. Given the incredibly rude way the person at the front desk handled the situation and the multiple charges on my credit card, I will never go back to this hotel...

Old asian Vietnamese guy at the front desk is rude-not worth staying here, find a place where front desk are nice & helpful . Please find new front desk workers... maybe someone who is a people...
