Coventry Court Health Center

Coventry Court Health Center, located in Anaheim, Calif., is a more than 90-bed skilled nursing facility that has been servicing the city of Anaheim and surrounding communities for more than 35 years. The center provides long-term care in a nursing home enviroment, short-term rehabilitation and respite care to patients. It provides a range of services, such as physical, occupational and speech therapies; wound care; intravenous therapy; pain management; and laboratory and X-ray services. Additionally, it provides podiatry, optometry, dental and auditory services; psychiatry and psychological services; enteral services; and nursing, rehabilitation and hospice care. The center also offers various activities for residents, including bingo, exercises, current events, music, books on tape, church services, sing-along, crafts and entertainers. It additionally organizes field trips, such as movies, museums, picnics, shopping at the mall, Orange County Fairgrounds and Crystal Cathedral.
