Courtyard Care Center is a more than 50-bed skilled nursing facility offering comprehensive nursing care services. The center provides clinical laboratory, dental, dietary, housekeeping and nursing services on-site to its residents. It also offers physical and occupational therapies, and physician, podiatry, social work and language pathology services. Its services include medication administration, assistance with daily activities, such as bathing and dressing, meals and housekeeping services. It offers a wide variety of social, spiritual and recreational programs, scheduled transportation, and respite and day care services.
