The renovated rooms are fantastic. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Highly recommend staying on the new floors.

This place is awful. The room smelled like mold and chemicals. Smells horrible! There's no remote. There wasn't even soap. I checked out immediately after I saw bedbugs. That's it for me.

Where do I start? This is as close to a slum-lord building as you can get for Sherman Oaks. This building hasn't had as much as a power-wash since the 1980s. It is the sorriest looking...

I lived here for 5 years, moving out in the fall of 2016 after my rent was increased $300 per month to $2,135.00. The owner would rather have continuous new renters over stable long term...
