By simply arriving at Courtney's studio, in a historic and cozy cabin, ensconced in the creekside countryside of Pescadero, clients have the opportunity to shed their first layer of tension. And that is the goal, through Swedish and deep tissue massage she dissolves tight layers of muscle and strain that inhibit ease of breath and movement. On the table Courtney's soothing touch and silent presence will create the space to melt as her strong and trained hands, attuned with reiki warmth, will provide not only sweet healing, but utter relaxation and peace. Your job is to do nothing, other than show up and prepare to spend the next 75, 100, or 120 minutes in full bliss mode. One on one yoga and/or classes also readily and happily available.
